Do I have to purchase a membership to be able to come to classes?

Drop-in options are always available for non-members!

What equipment do I need?

Please bring yourself, water, and mat to class if you have one. If you do not own a mat, we have a limited supply available for you to borrow.

Do I need to be a member or patient at The Body Lab to attend a class?

Our studio is open to anyone! You don’t have to be a patient at the clinic to take advantage of our classes.
